These training packages with Wren Athletic are the perfect way to prepare for your upcoming race.
Whether you are new to long distance running or a marathon die hard, I can tailor our training around your goals, fitness and most importantly… Safety!
The 3 package options include
Bronze - A basic but still tailored monthly running program and help on hand with email and a phone catch up with your coach every 2 weeks to tweak.
Silver - A more personalised running program updated weekly with more in depth analysis with heart rate, pacing and technique. Nutritional Guidance to optimise performance.
Gold - Day to Day Coaching/Contact, A step up from Silver with Guidance on Race Scheduling, Build Up, Nutrition and Complimentary PT session
I recommend we start your training programme a minimum of 16 weeks prior to the big day, But the earlier the better.
And if its crept up on you faster than you were expecting then get in contact and we can help get you over the line as comfortably (sort of) as possible
